Why We Started Nonprofit Strategy Shop

Between us, we’ve led nonprofits, coached executive directors, and sat through more planning sessions than we can count. Every time, we saw the same thing: small organizations doing big work with limited support.

The resources that did exist were often expensive, overly complicated, or written like a grad school textbook. We wanted to fix that.

Nonprofit Strategy Shop (NSS) was built to give nonprofit teams access to clear, practical, and affordable tools—the kind we wished we’d had when we were in the trenches ourselves.
